Memphis Grizzlies guard Mike Conley has won the NBA Dumar’s Trophy for Sportsmanship. Mike Conley received 77 of the possible 334 first place votes placing ahead of Jeff Green, Channing Frye, Bradley Beal, Damian Lillard and Mike Dunleavy.
The NBA will donate $10,000 on Conley’s behalf to the charity of his choice, the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital for research pertaining to sickle cell anemia. The NBA has issued this award since the 1995-1996 season.
