Lionel Hollins potentially being pursued by Brooklyn

With Jason Kidd on his way to Milwaukee, there will soon be a vacancy at head coach in Brooklyn.  Lionel Hollins was a great coach while he was here in Memphis, but he was ousted after losing in the playoffs.  I personally loved Hollins as a coach and it would have been great to still have him in Memphis.  Don’t get me wrong, I think Dave Joerger has done a great job as well, I just don’t think that Hollins deserved to be let go.  According to Adrian Wojnarowski:

I really like Hollins as a coach and think he definitely deserves another shot elsewhere.  He helped lead the Grizzlies to success and I’m sure he will with another team too.
