Pau Gasol started his career in Memphis, where he played for six and a half years. He has just tweeted that he will move on from the Los Angeles Lakers to the Chicago Bulls:
It hasn't been easy. After meditating it a lot I've chosen to play with the Chicago Bulls. Looking forward to this new chapter of my career

I love Gasol and all that he’s done for Memphis, so it’s great to see him go to a good situation with the Bulls. He is a hall of fame talent, and is one of the greatest players to come to the NBA from Europe. His ability to shoot the mid-range jumper, pass, and defend have made him into one of the premier players of this past decade. He would have been a target for Memphis this off-season, if the Grizzlies had been unable to re-sign Zach Randolph.
Some highlights of his career:
His brother, Marc Gasol, is the current center for the Memphis Grizzlies.
