Nick Calathes will stay in Memphis
Adrian Wojnarowski tweets that Nick Calathes will remain on the Grizzlies roster next season:
Nick Calathes stays with Grizzlies for $800K this season, losing out on $6M deal in Greece. He serves rest of NBA suspension to start year.

Calathes will also be losing a considerable chunk of change as he serves the rest of his 13 game suspension according to Brian Windhorst:
@WojYahooNBA Even worse, he's got 13 games left on PED suspension, which will cost him about another 100K.

Bringing back Calathes keeps the group of point guards from last year together. With Mike Conley as the starter, Beno Udrih and Calathes will battle for reserve minutes. Udrih has the advantage though, as he will be able to earn his playing time during Calathes’s drug suspension.
It would appear that the Grizzlies were looking for another backup point guard to work alongside Udrih, but Calathes ended up being the most cap-friendly option. This move more than certainly ends the Grizzlies additions at guard, as they now have three point guards and four shooting guards (if you count Vince Carter) currently on the roster.
Calathes averaged 4.9 points and 2.9 assists per game last season. He was also given a 20 game suspension for a failed drug test, and because it carried into the playoffs last season, he only has to serve 13 this season.
