The Grizzlies have promoted Jason Wexler to President of Business Operations

The Memphis Grizzlies have made a change in their front office. Via NBA.com: 

Memphis Grizzlies Controlling Owner Robert Pera announced today that he has promoted Jason Wexler to President of Business Operations of the Memphis Grizzlies and FedExForum. Previously, Wexler served as the organization’s Chief Operating Officer since 2013.

In his new position, Wexler will have primary leadership responsibility for all aspects of the business including, ticket sales and service, arena operations, corporate partnerships, marketing communications and broadcast, community investment and general operations.

After making this promotion, Grizzlies owner Robert Pera can now shift his focus to hiring a new general manager.
