The Memphis Grizzlies took their home floor on Friday night against a very familiar foe in search of a momentum-changing victory–and they earned just that.

The Memphis Grizzlies notched a huge home win last night. They needed it in the worst way. The NBA Playoffs are near and the grit-‘n’-grind Grizz are trying to piece together all necessary components in order to bring an NBA Championship to Beale Street.

Memphis received strong production all across the board, from 22 points from Jeff Green to 11 rebounds off the bench from Kosta Koufos. Those contributions will be massive in the postseason if each player comes focused and ready to grind.

There were many highlight reel-worthy plays made by the Memphis Grizzlies on Friday night–from the starters and even the reserves. Did you miss the game? We will fill you in on all the action.

The game got off to a fast start. Memphis’ Marc Gasol established his presence early when he swatted Russell Westbrook‘s shot and soul on this play:

Nearing the end of the third quarter, Grizz reserve guard Nick Calathes decided to chip in. He wowed the crowd with a big drive-and-score to beat the buzzer, increasing Memphis’ lead over OKC heading into the final 12 minutes of play. The NBA’s Twitter account posted video of the exact sequence:

There was also this questionable call earlier in the game, where ESPN’s commentators thought the officiating crew blew the whistle in favor of the wrong team. You be the judge…
