Love has had a fantastic career in Minnesota, but he hasn’t been able to do much without a supporting cast. He was traded on draft day for O.J. Mayo, which wasn’t a very good deal in retrospect.
Love is at the center of multiple rumors at the moment, but what if he had stayed in Memphis? Things could be a lot different, and he might have even slid into the number one spot. In terms of ranking, he still has many years to go in his career, so it’s hard to put him above the veteran Grizzlies’ forward who is sitting at the top of the list.
