1. Shareef Abdur-Rahim

Shareef was actually a pretty incredible player who was stuck some pretty weak Grizzlies teams.  It’s unfortunate, because had he been able to stay with the Grizz for more than five years, he could have helped turn them into a solid playoff team.

The Grizzlies grabbed Abdur-Rahim with the third pick in the first round of the 1996 NBA Draft, and he is definitely one of the most talented players to ever put on a Grizzlies jersey.  It’s easy to put Reef at the top of the list because of how much he contributed to the Grizzlies in the early days of the franchise.
