The Memphis Grizzlies were eliminated from the 2015 NBA Playoffs after losing in Game 6 of the Western Conference Finals to the Golden State Warriors.
The Memphis Grizzlies were defeated inside the Grindhouse in Game 6 of their matchup in the Western Conference Semifinals against the Golden State Warriors. Although it was close through three quarters, the Grizz came up short in the final quarter and were not able to force a Game 7. The final score read 108-95.
Now, just as the season ends for the Grizzlies, the beginning of another is soon to begin its first stages. There will be a lot to talk about regarding the course of the 2014-15 season and how things played out–especially in the NBA Playoffs. Plus, the 2015 NBA Draft is just over one month away. Additionally, there will be a great deal of discussion regarding Memphis’ Marc Gasol, free-agency, and other offseason moves.
Before Beale Street Bears delves into all of those topics and much more, allow us to take a look at the Twitter reactions from fans, Grizz and Warriors players, and the like in regard to a solid season by our beloved Memphis Grizzlies.

Grizz Nation gained more respect with their run into the second round of the NBA Playoffs along with taking the NBA’s top regular season team to a Game 6 of the best-of-seven series. If things go well for the Grizzlies in the offseason along with further development of their youth, perhaps another big step in the right direction will be taken yet again.
To all of our Grizz players and coaches, thank you for another excellent season! You made us proud yet again in 2014-15.
Go Grizz!
