3. Allen Crabbe

Allen Crabbe really burst on the scene this season after Portland lost perimeter players Nicolas Batum, Wesley Matthews and Aaron Afflalo. After averaging 10.3 points on 39.4 percent shooting from 3, the third-year player is lined up for a solid pay day.

Allen Crabbe would be a hand-in-glove fit for the Memphis Grizzlies. He can play alongside Mike Conley or Wade Baldwin IV at the 2. He can play the 3 alongside Tony Allen.

He can also make opponents think twice about double-teaming Zach Randolph and Marc Gasol out of the post, as he has displayed the makings of a 3-point sniper.

Allen Crabbe could provide the Grizzlies with a scoring and energy punch. Being 24 years old, that value makes Crabbe an even more intriguing signing.

With him being an restricted free agent, Portland can match any deal. However, the Blazers have a glaring hole at center and C.J. McCollum needing a fat contract extension soon, making Crabbe a strong possibility.

It is important to not overpay him, because he has only showed strong promise last season. If the Grizzlies can lock him up for four years, $64 million, that should push Portland away from matching. Crabbe could be the young, scoring punch the Grizzlies need for now and the future.
