Ryan Snellings: UNDER. Post-Kobe Lakers will be interesting and I think Russell, Ingram and Randle is a good core to start building around, but it will take time. Don’t expect a lot this year.

Parker Fleming: UNDER. No more Roy Hibbert…. And some guy named Kobe Bryant retired? Well, they had better hope they are under. They need a top-3 pick to pair with D’Angelo Russell, Julius Randle and Brandon Ingram. Luke Walton will turn this team into one of the best offensive juggernauts in the NBA, but not yet.

Ryan Schmitz: UNDER. DLo and Ingram are a good start for a bright future, but they have no vets to carry them anywhere close to the NBA Playoffs.
