Ian Pierno: OVER. The only team with a shot at possibly keeping Cleveland from claiming the No. 1 seed. Bismack Biyombo was Toronto’s only notable loss, Kyle Lowry and DeMar DeRozan are two of the hardest workers in the NBA and DeMare Carroll is healthy again.

Ryan Snellings: UNDER. I have no real reasoning here, just a gut feeling. Biyombo will be missed and I think Toronto drops back to around the fourth or fifth seed in the east.

Taylor Buckley: UNDER.

Parker Fleming: OVER. This season will be another 50-win season. DeRozan and Lowry is still a top-5 backcourt. Valanciunas is a rising center. Sullinger is a decent acquisition at the 4. DeMarre Carroll has to come back healthy, proving his hefty contract was worth it. How much Norman Powell and Terrence Ross improve will determine the ceiling for this team.

Ryan Schmitz: OVER. Everyone seems to be down on these Raptors when all they lost was Bismack Biyombo, who got paid for one playoff run. They added Sullinger, who will help with the loss, but keeping a team together that made the Eastern Conference Finals is always a positive in my books.

Jacob Collins: OVER. This line seems low. They have no major losses and if Jonas Valanciunas continues his growth there is no reason to believe this team will be any worse than last year’s iteration
