CHARLOTTE HORNETS: 39.5

Ian Pierno: OVER. Easily the over. Kemba Walker is an elite point guard, Michael Kidd-Gilchrist brings back some defense and Nic Batum is in the middle of his prime. Marco Bellinelli was an underrated signing that helps nullify the loss of Courtney Lee. I don’t think Charlotte wins 48 again, but I’ll take the over.

Taylor Buckley: OVER

Ryan Snellings: UNDER. Just barely. Kemba, MKG and Batum are a good three to have while Sessions and Bellinelli off the bench are solid as well, but there’s just not enough here to make me think they can get 40 W’s.

Parker Fleming: UNDER. The Hornets have Batum and MKG, which will be a deadly wing tandem. However, with Frank Kaminsky, Spencer Hawes, Roy Hibbert and Cody Zeller, they are weak down low. After losing Courtney Lee and Jeremy Lin, I can’t see them being a playoff team, especially with the New York Knicks, Chicago Bulls and Washington Wizards breathing down their throats.

Ryan Schmitz: OVER. I see them getting over the 40-win mark. Sure they lost some depth from last year, but they are still young and are getting Michael Kidd-Gilchrist back. I like what coach Steve Clifford has done and hopefully Michael Jordan’s faith in Frank Kaminsky pays off.

Jacob Collins: OVER. A very slight over.
