At this point of the season, Zach Randolph hasn’t changed or skipped a beat since being moved to the bench as the Grizzlies’ primary sixth man.

Everyone can agree that Z-Bo has been his typical self this year. He has been the primary option off the bench for Coach David Fizdale this year, which hasn’t effected his play one bit. Leading the inexperienced bench, Randolph has been a consistent presence for the sometimes inconsistent bench.

Randolph still is a major contributor to the Grizzlies. As the season grows, he should become more and more of a leader, helping make a deep playoff run.
