Pros

Randolph has plenty of pros. The most important ones are his experience and inside presence. Randolph has played in 17 seasons, so he knows the ins and outs of the league. He has seen everything and can help the young post players like Jarell Martin and JaMychal Green.

Randolph is still consistent scoring inside and rebounding. He’s also upped his rebounding average from last year. He will always be able to get buckets from inside and draw fouls, which benefits the team.

Cons

Randolph is aging and has never been the fastest guy. Pair those two together, and Randolph can only cover certain lineups. He can’t guard Kevin Durant or any other stretch-fours, if teams decide to run lineups like that.

Randolph is solid in most other places, but because of his limitations on defense, he can’t play as many minutes as Fizdale might like.

ZBo could very well end up as the Sixth Man of the Year if he keeps up his play, but don’t expect him to change to try to get the award.
