Post All-Star Break Expectations:

Basing this part off of the fact that I do not believe he will be traded, I think he will spend a majority of the season down in the D-League. That is not a bad scenario for him though. While down there he has been dominant. Dominance for a young man is a huge confidence boost and sometimes getting that confidence boost can be the hardest part.

If he can continue to impress, I think he will be a great addition to have on the roster come playoff time. With his limited minutes he does not have much wear and tear on his body, keeping him fresh for a deep playoff run.

Also, he has shown that he can be dominant against playoff caliber teams like Houston and Golden State.

In a league where sometimes all it takes is one difference maker in order to make a deep playoff run, Jarell could end up being that guy.

Probably not, but I wouldn’t completely count it out.
