TOP PLAY:

We can sit here all day watching Mike Conley highlights. He’s a game changer, night in and night out. No disrespect to Mike, but he’s also now the second scoring option behind the Grizzlies lone All-Star, Marc Gasol.

Conley’s top play also comes in his best game. Ironic, right?

What is the play?

*clears throat*

The last-minute-clutch-Conley-step-back-Warriors-beating-jumper, right over NBA villian Draymond Green.

Time ticked down as the Grizz  Grit ‘N’ Grinded their way back against the juggernauts of Oracle Arena.

It was just Conley and Draymond Green. The floor was clear, and no one stood between the two. Every Grizz fan at home, including myself, did not want the ball in anyone else’s hands at the moment.

Conley went straight at Green with no hesitation, stopped on a dime – *splash*. The game was tied.

It was like a dream.

Mike pulled up over one of the best defenders in the league, in one of the toughest places to play, to send the game to overtime.

Was anyone complaining about his contract that night? Great question. Surely not.
