About The Pacers (29-28, 20-10 home)

It’s been a streaky season for the Pacers. Though they’ve won seven consecutive games at one point this season, they’re currently riding a six-game losing streak, making them 4-6 in their last 10 games. Despite their irregular play, the Pacers hold the 6th seed in the Eastern Conference.

On top of the inconsistent play of the team, Indiana also had to deal with trade rumors involving their best player Paul George. PG13 (22.3 points, 6.2 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.5 steals) is having another All-Star caliber season. However, with the speculation that George could possibly sign with the Lakers in 2018 and the swirling rumors with Boston, could this be the final season in Indiana for Paul George?

About The Grizzlies (34-24, 16-13 away)

The Memphis Grizzlies are 10 games above .500, winning seven of their last 10 outings. While the overall record is fantastic, things could get even better.

Everything is finally coming together. Brandon Wright is off the injury report and already making an impact in games with his athleticism. Whether you agree with this or not, Chandler Parsons is slowly improving. Marc Gasol (20.6 points on 38.5 percent shooting from downtown, 6.3 rebounds, 4.3 assists  and 1.4 blocks) has added not only a deadly 3-point shot to his game but also another All-Star selection. Mike Conley (19.3 points, 6.2 assists, 3.5 rebounds and 1.3 steals) is having the best year of his career. To top it all off, Z-Bo is in the running for the 6th Man of the Year award.

With the Grizzlies currently holding the 6th seed in the Western Conference and within striking distance of the 4th seed, there’s a lot of exciting basketball left to be played.

X-Factor

Defense will be the key to this game. Since the Grizzlies haven’t played since February 15th, expect them to come out a little sluggish. But, if Memphis can play strong on the defensive end of the court until their offense gets rolling, they should win the game.
