Whenever your record is only two games above .500, you’re going to have bad losses. Let’s recap the worst losses for the Memphis Grizzlies.

Well, it’s a Monday. It’s the worst day of the week by far. What better way to spend it than by recapping the Memphis Grizzlies’ worst losses of the year?

The Memphis Grizzlies finished 43-39 on the season, their second-lowest win total in the past seven years. While it may be alarming to most fans, consider the factors:

  • About half of the roster (7 of the 15) wasn’t on the team in 2015-16.
  • Their third-best player was hurt pretty much the entire season.
  • Zach Randolph, Tony Allen, Vince Carter, Mike Conley and Marc Gasol missed a decent amount of time.
  • They had a new coach that adopted a whole new system.

Their record is definitely weird, because it was both expected and disappointing. But hey, at least they made the playoffs again, right?

Now that the season is over, allow me to ruin your Monday by reminding you of the worst losses of the season.
