Gasol’s Dagger vs. San Antonio

December 18, 2014: The Grizzlies had not beaten the San Antonio Spurs on the road at AT&T Center since the 2011 playoffs. Memphis led by 23 points at one point in the contest, but the Spurs, who were playing without Leonard and Parker, weren’t having it. Tim Duncan and Danny Green pulled the Spurs back into the game, and Green hit a three-pointer with two seconds left to put San Antonio ahead by three points. The Grizzlies were given the opportunity to tie the game up, and Gasol seized the moment. Three overtimes later, the final buzzer sounded, and the Grizzlies were coming home with a win.
