On a roster full of youth, Tony Allen would provide veteran leadership and defense. With the additions of Jimmy Butler and Tony Allen, as well as internal growth, Minnesota would surely be in the top half of the league defensively. Tom Thibodeau also loves players who are defensive-minded, and Tony Allen would be a great fit under a coach like him.
