three years in college and has come into the NBA ready. He’s a good defender and isn’t afraid to shoot the ball. He has struggled to shoot from three, but he shot 40 percent during his last season in college and was a prolific scorer for the University of Oregon. Brooks is a good player that has shown flashes of being someone that the Grizzlies can keep for years to come.
The most likely scenario is that Brooks could lose some playing time, but he isn’t going out of the rotation. With the way that the Grizzlies season has gone so far, injuries are never far away, and they’re going to need guys that can step into roles and play.
