The Memphis Grizzlies concluded their five-game road trip with a loss to the Milwaukee Bucks. What were the main takeaways from this game?

You know how people give the lovely hypothetical of “What if the Memphis Grizzlies were in the Eastern Conference?” (If the NBA actually took basic geography this would be the case).

Don’t look now, but the Grizzlies are 0-3 against the Eastern Conference this year. So, do you really want to make that wish?

Last night, the Grizzlies lost to the rising Milwaukee Bucks, 110-103. They finished their five-game road trip, 2-3 — not necessarily a good sign for a team with playoff hopes.

The Grizzlies were led by Tyreke Evans — once again — who finished with 27 points and six rebounds. Rookie Dillon Brooks tied his career-high with 19 points.

The Bucks obviously were led by MVP candidate Giannis Antetokounmpo who flirted with a triple-double (27 points, nine rebounds and seven assists). He received help along the way from John Henson (17 points and eight rebounds), Khris Middleton (17 points on 4-5 shooting from deep) and Eric Bledsoe (15 points, seven rebounds and four assists).

What were the main takeaways from this game? Do the Memphis Grizzlies need to mix some things up?
