No. 1: Keep the ‘Goon Squad’ intact

With Mike Conley dealing with a sore left achilles, the Grizzlies are left with a dilemma in the starting lineup. The thing about this Grizzlies roster is, there’s so much depth that can head coach David Fizdale can throw any five guys out there and trust their talent.

However, with the starting lineup, the Grizzlies need some adjustments. There are several ways the team could go with making the starting five better, but they need to keep the “goon squad” intact.

Without Mike Conley, they should keep the four-man unit of Brooks, Ennis, Green and Gasol and let Tyreke Evans run the point.

When Conley is back, just keep the same starting lineup — to keep the ‘Goon Squad.’ — Brendan Smart (@bsmart21).
