Case for Chris Wallace

Chris Wallace hasn’t done his job in terms of building around his star players. Since 2009, only one first-round pick, Jarell Martin, is on the roster. Even then, Martin is a fringe NBA player. Every pick since then has either been traded (includes picks traded before the draft) or waived before their rookie deal is even up.

Not to mention, his free agent signings the past few years haven’t been great either — with the exception of Tyreke Evans.

Regardless, the talent on this team isn’t really there, and that’s on the general manager more than anyone.

Case against Chris Wallace

Wallace doesn’t control locker room issues. He doesn’t coach the team. He’s not playing on the floor. He’s just responsible for finding the people to do such things.
