Beal would’ve ranked a lot higher on this list were it not for his recent convalescence, playing 77 games last year and not missing one yet in 2017-18.
His first four seasons were a hodgepodge of both upper and lower-body ailments, sidelining him on average for 21 games per year.
The short-term indication is that Beal’s conditioning has improved, but 1.5 healthy seasons does not necessarily equate to a worry-free future. Need proof? Just ask our next contestant…
