No. 10: Do we HAVE to go this low? // Honorable Mention

If the Memphis Grizzlies have these prospects on the top of the board, they either went on a hot winning streak to fall outside the top-six, or they have some favorites.

Barring these two events, the tenth spot here really isn’t a factor. Nothing against these prospects, but the Grizzlies have plummeted down the rankings — distinguishing themselves from the rest of the pack.

Wendell Carter was a nice complement next to Bagley. His size and outside shooting could be welcoming next to Gasol or in the post-Marc era.

Miles Bridges would be a great fit if the Grizzlies fell. However, he didn’t really do much to warrant a top-five selection, even though he stayed an extra year.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander ended his season on a high note, averaging 20.7 points, 5.7 rebounds and 6.3 assists in the conference and national tournaments. His size at point guard (6’6″) makes him an intriguing prospect, but his surge won’t be enough to put him in the Grizzlies’ range.

In addition, guys like Kevin Knox and Robert Williams haven’t done enough to warrant a top-six selection, but are more interesting around the eighth or ninth pick.

With that being said, if the Grizzlies get hot and find themselves outside the top-six, watch some of these guys on Youtube.
