9. New York Knicks: Wendell Carter Jr. (PF/Duke/Fr.)

New York has two young point guards with Mudiay and Ntilikina, therefore Collin Sexton will continue to wait to hear his name called. Porzingis is out for most of the year, Kanter is on a player option and Noah is washed up. Carter does not need to be the guy and proved to be productive playing next to a star making him a good fit here in Madison Square Garden.
