This all comes down to the medical reports on MPJ. If there is any concern the Grizzlies will pull the trigger on Marvin Bagley III and be happy to move on. But, if Porter Jr. is cleared medically, this should be a no brainer (see Embiid).

The one thing the Memphis Grizzlies have needed their entire existence is a talented wing scorer. Even more so in the Grit-n-Grind era when half court basketball was the mainstay. A healthy Mike Conley, top 10 center Marc Gasol, and a diamond in the rough Dillon Brooks paired with MPJ puts Memphis right back into the thick of things in the West.
