The Magic shipped out first round pick Elfrid Payton this season to Phoenix. DJ Augustine and Shelvin Mack are the point guards under contract for next season. With Vucevic, Biyombo and Jonathan Isaac on roster, Bamba does not make much sense here.

The Magic will either retain restricted free agent Aaron Gordon or deal him in a sign and trade this off season. Regardless of what they do with Gordon, a point guard makes sense here, and no one wants to miss on “the next Steph Curry.”
