Memphis Grizzlies Guard Mike Conley was shown in a short clip dunking with two hands, but flat footed. What does this mean for the savoy veteran guard?
The watch for improvement in Memphis Grizzlies Guard Mike Conley‘s rehab continues with short videos via Flight Lab Hoops where Conley is getting a lot of his offseason training and on court work in.
Flight Lab’s twitter page releases a lot of Conley workouts, and you can see the same guy that we have been watching for years, but the big difference is, there is no more pain. The removal of the bone spur that had left Conley in pain for years, finally gone, and we possibly could see a new and improved Conley, if that is even possible.
Coming off a great week with @usabasketball, my guy @mconley11 back at it in Columbus! pic.twitter.com/SAm8QXdjvW

The first video that surfaced, many people seemed to over analyze the clip. The camera was on the floor tilted, and showed Conley jumping higher than we have ever seen him jump.

Thursday evening, Flight Lab released a video to show the people who over analyzed this video that Conley is one of the bounciest stages of his career.

For a guy like Conley who does not make it a priority to dunk, seeing this is ridiculous. What else can Mike add to his game. Strong with both hands when shooting the floater, a great pick and roll player, and can size majority of defenders up.
Oh, lets not forget about the defense Mike.
This evasion drill is awesome. Great way to integrate lateral agility in a competitive environment. @mconley11 and @Raynel23 gettin it done. pic.twitter.com/lvgiBTOtJU

Looks like Conley is on top of all aspects of his game for his upcoming bounce back season. A season he wants to participate as a part of Team USA. If Conley translates these improvements to the court, it might be time to slap the All-Star label on his name as well.
