Andrew Harrison is entering his third season in the NBA, all of which with the Memphis Grizzlies, and has shown really good progression throughout all of his first two seasons. Last season, many fans were shocked when Memphis parted ways with their former first round draft pick in Wade Baldwin before the season began to keep Harrison on the Grizzlies roster.

While it was controversial at the time, Memphis made the right decision, and Harrison showed the fans that the Grizzlies organization made the right decision as well. Harrison has never been a flashy point guard, and I think that is why he gets such a bad reputation.

Harrison has shown growth in both his basketball IQ, and showing growth in his shooting beyond the arch. Harrison bumped his three point percentage up six percentage points to 33 percent for the 2017-18 season. A season that Harrison made it a priority to fix his jump-shot, and even went as far as hire a shooting coach to fix his feet placement on his jump-shot.

Harrison has shown consistent progression in his time in Memphis, and has pushed the bar each season to continue growth in a particular area. This season I look forward to Harrison being a better in game manager behind Mike Conley.
