The Memphis Grizzlies will attempt to rebuild their winning ways on Saturday when they take on the Phoenix Suns at home. Here are three items to watch closely.

After producing a powerful first half in Sacramento on Wednesday, the Memphis Grizzlies (2-2) blew a double digit lead en route to placing a mark in the loss column by way of the Kings.

Saturday is a new day, and coming off two days of rest was extremely beneficial for the Grizzlies. They now look to regain momentum with a win versus the struggling Phoenix Suns (1-3).

Though the Suns do not currently own a winning record, they are a fast-paced club and those are the types of games that can spell doom for Memphis. This will be a great test in order for the Grizzlies to see just how strong their defensive-minded roster is.

Each game has significant value for the Grizzlies as the Western Conference playoff race should be as tight as ever come April. Memphis must take care of business and not play down to their competition — a rebuilding Suns squad.
