With the Memphis Grizzlies recent 3 game losing streak, many bandwagon fans are ready to jump off and those true fans are starting to get a little worried.

Don’t Panic

The Memphis Grizzlies had a remarkable start, that lead them to be number one in the most competitive conference in the League. This hot start has been fueled by unwavering defense and explosive offense by Mike Conley and Marc Gasol.

Conley and Gasol have both been playing at an all-star level which is one of the reasons this team has been so successful. The role players stepping up are why this team has shocked some people with their hot start.

Players like Jaren Jackson Jr., Kyle Anderson, Garrett Temple, Shelvin Mack, and Marshon Brooks have stepped up to propel this team.

They’ve all had their struggles but without them playing well this team would not be at 12-8, they possibly wouldn’t even be above .500.

But with players such as Chandler Parsons and Dillon Brooks being out, offensively, the Grizzlies are having a harder time keeping the lead. But no need to worry just yet. The Grizzlies are no stranger to injuries and are just going through a rough streak.

These past three games have been against tough opponents and elite scorers which have been hard to win against. This being said, the Grizzlies have still been able to beat some of the best teams in the League which lead to there respected rank in the West.

The Memphis Grizzlies may not still be number one in the West but they are still ranked 5th in the West; thus making them a top 10 team in the NBA. Recently, Gasol has been averaging in the high 20’s when it comes to offensive points scored.

In addition to this, Jackson Jr. is continuing to improve and become an elite player in the league.  For all the Memphis Grizzlies fans out there that are a little worried, there is no need.
