Kyle Anderson

Kyle Anderson has been playing really good ball recently but that’s about the only other positive surrounding this team.

They have struggled to score the ball efficiently and even though he doesn’t score at a high clip he has been having a big offensive impact.

Anderson had a fantastic game as he recorded his first career triple-double as he finished with 11 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists.

He also had a career-high 20 points in a recent road loss against the Houston Rockets. His ability to finish at the rim is unique but it has been very effective.

He is one of the few bright spots for a team that has not been winning many games recently. On the season he is averaging 8.1 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 3.1 assists but recently he is at another level.

If you’ve been watching the recent games then you’ve likely seen Anderson make the free throw line jumpers consistently.

The defenders are going under screens when guarding him and he has been making them pay. That’s something he’ll need to continue to improve on for the future.

He makes a big impact on other aspects of the game but you need to be able to shoot the ball at least a little bit to be succesful.

Ideally, you could have enough shooting around him to make up for his lack of shooting ability but this years team has nowhere near enough to do that so it’s unlikely future teams will be able to do so.

He is a really good player who is going to be a great player for years to come. He is locked up for the next three seasons after this one and if all goes right then he’ll stay around long after his current contract as well.
