Cam Reddish. player. 125. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Duke. Guard/Forward. 5

Cam Reddish and Nassir Little going to the same team may be a big risk for the Atlanta Hawks. They both struggled throughout their seasons, but they do have a lot of potential. If they both can live up to the hype that would be at least a playoff team in the eastern conference.

Reddish is known as a good two-way player, but he really struggled to live up to the hype shooting the basketball. This was a Duke team that really struggled to shoot and they needed him to be better than he was and that’s why they were unable to reach the Final Four.

During his freshman season at Duke, he averaged 13.5 points, 3.7 rebounds, 1.9 assists, and 1.6 steals per game. His shooting struggles are for real, but he has shown he can make a big impact on the defensive end as well.

If he is going to live up to the hype in the NBA and become a good player he has to be a better shooter than he currently is. At Duke he made just 39% of his two’s and 33% of his three-point shots. Those both need to go up by almost 10% if he’s going to become a star. That’s a big jump to make, but he has the skill and if the Hawks do draft him here it’s because they’re confident he will improve.
