The Memphis Grizzlies front office has seen a lot of talented NBA prospects during the NCAA Tournament. Here are the ones who will be playing this weekend at the Final Four.

The Memphis Grizzlies continue to build towards the future and the NBA Draft is a big part of that. The NCAA Tournament is a great time to watch the top prospects perform on a national stage. Most of the big names aren’t still playing, but there are a few future NBA players in this years Final Four.

The majority of people will be disappointed not to have the big name schools such as Duke and Kentucky, but these teams have shown themselves to be some of the best all season long. They have all had impressive paths to get to this point and they will be able to shine on the biggest stage of their basketball careers in Minneapolis.

The Grizzlies already have a solid young core in place, but if they can continue to add quality pieces they have a chance to become a playoff team much sooner than originally anticipated. The obvious goal is to find another superstar to build alongside Jaren Jackson Jr., but you also need quality players who can fit into a role.

It does need to be noted that this isn’t your typical Final Four with elite NBA talent. You have two high prospects in Jarrett Culver and De’Andre Hunter, but they don’t get all the media attention that your typical top prospects get.

Finding quality guys in the second round and even some who go undrafted can be the key in taking your team to the next level. A lot of the prospects in this Final Four likely won’t even declare, but it’s never too soon to start looking towards the 2020 and 2021 drafts.

Winning a national championship can really improve someone’s draft stock just as we saw last season with Donte DiVincenzo. Here are two of the top prospects from each of the teams participating in the Final Four.
