Sometimes he does not get his teammates involved in the game and rather dominate the game himself and play hero ball. When he is in that mode, he is a streaky shooter.
If he could move the ball more and find his right spots to shoot, he could be a starter. He is the sleeper late-first-round to mid-second round pick. Portland needs a No. 2 guy behind Damian Lillard and that guy might be Terance Mann.
