Memphis Grizzlies: 10 Former Fan Favorites Revive Hoops Careers Via BIG3
Ryan Hollins
Most people will recognize Ryan Hollins from his role on the set of various ESPN platforms, or during his NBA playing days as a member of the Los Angeles Clippers during the “Lob City” era. However, he did spend 32 regular season games with the Memphis Grizzlies, which happened to be the season in which the Grizz recorded an all-time NBA mark of 28 players on the roster over the course of one season.
Hollins provided size and length in addition to being a rim protector in the painted area. That is exactly what he will be asked to do in BIG3 this season, plus a little scoring attention. It will not be a rare occurrence to see him catch some lobs for alley-oop dunks, too. His size is something that could make him a BIG3 star in Season Three.
