1. 6.0 Assists Per Game

Jones’ passing ability is something that the Grizzlies should look to place a heavy focus on with their second rotation. The cast surrounding Jones, as of writing this, is Grayson Allen, Andre Iguodala, Jae Crowder, and Miles Plumlee. If Jones can be the expert passer that he showed himself to be on the Minnesota Timberwolves, then that could be a good chance for Jones to show the rest of the league exactly how talented he is, and to prove all of his doubters wrong.

6.0 assists per game is a big step up from his 4.8 of last season, but with the help of Iguodala, Crowder, and Allen drawing defensive eyes away from Jones, he could be able to open up some passing lanes, and keep the Grizzlies rolling when they look to their bench for minutes.
