Tweets since then

Iguodala certainly hasn’t endeared himself to any Grizzlies fans since the season began.

To begin with, Iguodala seemed to suggest that he was “giving up” on the Grizzlies, almost a month before the team even played a regular season game:

Then, about a month later, he appeared to brag about the fact that he was getting paid millions of dollars, and still not playing for Memphis:

The Grizzlies are currently paying Iguodala a salary of $11.13 million, and he has yet to play in a single NBA game for the 2019-2020 season.  This could change soon though, as the restriction for trading recently acquired players is about to be lifted, it’s likely that the Grizzlies will be looking to get rid of his numbers from their salary book real quick.

However, the nail in the coffin for most Grizzlies fans would have to be his tweet that was sent out on Dec. 3, which he then immediately retweeted:

For those (like myself) not savvy in internet jargon, this means “I got it, off haters!!”

It’s seems safe to suggest the Iguodala has had about enough of his run with the Grizzlies, even though he has yet to play a single minute!!
