Milwaukee Bucks at Philadelphis 76ers: Philadelphia 76ers

Another matchup to determine two of the top teams in the Eastern Conference, the Milwaukee Bucks and Philadelphia 76ers aren’t too big of a threat to the Grizzlies draft position either.

The main reason that the Grizzlies will be hoping for a 76ers victory on Christmas is for hope for the team’s future. As clichéd as it sounds, “the process” that the 76ers took to becoming one of the top teams in the East is the same one that the Grizzlies are hoping to find success with in the future.

Through tanking and building in the draft, the Grizzlies hope to build a new team for the future, who could find success in the postseason. This is the same system that the Sixers used to build their championship contending team.

With talents like Jaren Jackson Jr., Ja Morant, and Brandon Clarke, the Grizzlies appear to be on the right path, and they’re looking to the 76ers for a little bit of hope that they can be successful too.
