Memphis Grizzlies All-Decade Roster

1. Mike Conley, Guard
The final piece of the Grit ‘N Grind era to leave Memphis, Mike Conley is the obvious frontrunner for the first guard spot on the Grizzlies’ All-Decade team.
Ja Morant seems to show some of the signs of being Conley 2.0, but it’s a little too early to tell. An aside from that, a Conley 2.0 would be hard to achieve.
Over his 11 year career with Memphis, Conley averaged 14.9 points, 5.7 assists, 3.0 rebounds, and 1.5 steals per game while shooting 44.1% from the field and 37.5% from 3-point range.
Oddly enough, Conley seems to be the least-decorated member of the All-Decade team, and an argument can be made that it’s undeserved. It could easily be argued the Conley deserved more credit for his work on the team, and should have been nominated to at least one more All-Defensive team (he only made the 2011-2012 team), and the 2016-17 All-Star team.
Regardless, Conley’s production won’t be overlooked here, or among Grizzlies fans who still adore him, and he is the obvious frontrunner for the All-Decade team for the Grizzlies.
