A team that many expected to be in the cellar of the NBA now find themselves in a position for playoff basketball. Which three players have been key for the Memphis Grizzlies so far this season, and how will their roles contribute to a playoff push in the second half of the season?

The next generation in Memphis has arrived quickly, and with a huge impact on the national perception of what the Grizzlies can be now and in the future.
