Unfortunately, the Memphis Grizzlies were only represented in one event this weekend. However, the talent on Memphis is so deep that they could be in every event next year.

The Memphis Grizzlies, at least relatively speaking, had a fairly quite All-Star Weekend. The young trio of Ja Morant, Jaren Jackson Jr, and Brandon Clarke all showed up to perform in the Rising Stars Game, and that was it.

Outside of that, this year’s All-Star Weekend did not fail to disappoint, and because of that, players will be trying harder than ever to become a part of the events next year. Still, the Memphis Grizzlies depth of talent is so astonishing that there is a chance that they will have a participant in every single event next year.

Where most teams end up falling at this time of the season is their depth, with many of the starters begin to feel the fatigue of a long season, and playoff teams resting stars for the postseason, bench players see more minutes. For most teams, that’s a disadvantage, but the Grizzlies will thrive in that.

It’s interesting to picture Memphis taking over Indiana next year with all of their players. Who are the players that will represent in mid-February, and in what events will they compete?
