From new injury reports to opportunities for fans in Orlando, the Memphis Grizzlies have found themselves in the center of a lot of recent news stories.

The last time we did this Memphis Grizzlies series, it was to report on everything we missed since taking a day of silence in honor of the passing of Kobe Bryant, and in that article I pointed out that the sports world never stopped turning. While the last few months may have proved that wrong, or at least they tried to prove it, it’s under a little more joyous circumstances that we bring this back.

As the Grizzlies prepare to start off the bubble season on Friday, they’ve found themselves in the middle of a few media stories that have come out recently. Normally, we would tackle these all individually, but to keep things tight and moving along, I decided to bring back a long retired series: “The Grizzly News Roundup“.

So, with a number of different stories to tackle, there’s no more time to lose. It’s time to dive into some of the biggest Memphis stories of the past few days, and talk about what they mean for the team.
