2. Trey Burke

Former Michigan star Trey Burke had one of his best seasons of career this past season with the Dallas Mavericks. Burke found a role coming of the bench in the playoffs. Burke stepped his game up, as he played some valuable minutes against the Los Angeles Clippers.

In these past playoffs, Burke shot 50 percent from the field and 48 percent from the 3-point line. Burke often found himself creating and using his speed to get around defenders and get inside the paint. Burke also was able to find his shot and he shot super well from three and was able to hit from midrange often. Against the Clippers, Burke did a good job of finding mismatches in the pick and roll. Once he would get a big to guard him, Burke found ways to create or score.

This type of ability could be one that the Memphis Grizzlies use from the bench. Burke could play the role that he played in Dallas also in Memphis. Burke could provide a scoring prowess when the Grizzlies need a basket from the second unit.
