Memphis Grizzlies: Small forwards to target in free agency
3. Danilo Gallinari
Gallinari will also be another player that many teams throughout the NBA will be focusing on when free agency starts.
The former lottery pick has the ability to score from all three levels on the floor. After being dealt to the Oklahoma City Thunder last summer in the Paul George trade, Gallo averaged 18.7 points per game and added five rebounds per game.
Gallinari definitely would be able to spread the floor for the Grizzlies as he is a career 38 percent 3-point shooter and connected on almost 41 percent from behind the arc last season. Gallinari will be wanting a large number for his contract, so if the Grizzlies go in that direction, expect it to take a large amount of cap space.
This fit for the Grizzlies could help relieve some pressure from Ja Morant off of the offensive end. It would allow someone else to be able to score the ball and create shots for himself. Gallinari can also find ways to score with his off-ball movement, which would be valuable for the Grizzlies.
