Killian Tillie

Power forward

Gonzaga (Sr.)

The Grizzlies signed Gonzaga forward Killian Tillie to a two-way deal after his name wasn’t called during the draft.

Just like second-round pick Xavier Tillman has a college teammate on the Grizzlies in Jaren Jackson Jr., Tillie has his former Gonzaga teammate Brandon Clarke on the Grizzlies. Clarke was an NBA All-Rookie First Team pick last season.

Tillie was at one time projected to be a lottery pick, but he’s been dealt quite a few injuries throughout his college career that caused him to miss over 30 games. Tillie is a stretch forward who shot 40 percent behind the 3-point line last season. He adds solid rebounding and has a good understanding of team defense.

Sean McDermott

Shooting guard

Butler (RS Sr.)

The Grizzlies signed Butler guard Sean McDermott to a two-way deal after he went undrafted. McDermott was a pure sharpshooter and sniper from behind the 3-point line in his time at Butler as he shot almost 40 percent from deep. McDermott could be a good developmental player for the Memphis Grizzlies G-League team, the Memphis Hustle.

Jahlil Tripp

Shooting guard

Pacific (Sr.)

The Grizzlies signed Pacific guard Jahlil Tripp to an Exhibit 10 contract after he went undrafted. Tripp was the West Coast Conference’s Defensive Player of the Year last season.
