Brandon Clarke

Brandon Clarke has been one of the only consistently good players this season and sharing the court with the likes of Morant, Valanciunas, and Anderson, it’s easy to be overshadowed.

While Clarke has taken a small step back in his offensive efficiency, he has found other ways to make an impact while still maintaining above a 50% field goal percentage.

Clarke has contributed both offensively and defensively, averaging 12.8 points, 5.5 rebounds, 1.7 assists, 1.1 steals, and 0.7 steals per game while shooting 50.2% from the field. He also has the lowest turnover percentage, good for third in the NBA, and the third-most win shares on the team while only having the seventh-highest usage percentage.

Not only does Clarke do well statistically, but he brings energy to the court with some electric dunks and a high-flier mentality.

Clarke is a master of shot selection and doing a lot of little things well. With his style of play, it can be difficult to gain recognition, but Clarke will be a key piece moving forward, even though fans may not realize that.
